# Regular or Extended licence

Our products are sold on Envato Market. The licence decides whether your users can be charged.

Our products are sold on Envato Market (CodeCanyon) under Envato's two standard licences. Both cover one end product: one website or app built with the item.

## Which one you need

You need the **Extended licence** when your users pay you through the product: subscriptions, paid plans, paid listings or tips. If your users don't pay, for example a site for your own team or company, the **Regular licence** is enough.

**JustDocs follows the licence by itself.** With a Regular licence, billing is off: every plan feature is allowed and every limit is unlimited, so you can run it for your own team. With an Extended licence, workspaces choose a plan, start trials and pay.

## Upgrading later

You can buy the Extended licence later. It's a separate purchase on Envato with its own purchase code; use the new code where the product asks for one.
