What you look after

  • Host the application securely and keep PHP, the database, and the TLS certificate current.
  • Keep the scheduler running. JustDocs has no queue worker: everything that happens in the background runs from the scheduler, once a minute.
  • Configure email, storage, security, sign-in, and, if you sell plans, payments and the plans themselves.
  • Decide what the platform offers on its own keys and accounts: the AI providers behind Ask AI and the writing and translation helpers, country lookups for analytics, the GitHub App, and HTTPS for customers' domains.
  • Watch the admin panel: new workspaces, AI spend, transactions, storage, deletion requests, and the application log.
  • Publish your terms and privacy pages, and support your customers.
