Members are invited by email; an invitation link works for seven days. A member can be limited to chosen sites. Ownership can be handed to another member, and the Activity page lists who changed what, with a CSV download.

Every action is checked on the server against these roles, and a suspended member loses access at once. Two people on the same page see each other in the editor, and a save never writes over someone else's unseen changes: the editor asks "Keep my version" or "Use their version", and the other version goes into the page's history.
